Presented by Hapax Experience
This June, HAPAX and Pullman Club come together at PLYFA, gathering at the compound in Votanikos, Athens, for a full solstice drift of drinks, open-fire cooking, and sound.
Meet the artists
Christina Vantzou
solo live show
Christina Vantzou is a composer who deals with time expansion, atmospheres and harmonies through electronics and acoustic instruments. In her latest work, she focuses on shaping ceremonial and affective spaces where synthesizers, voice, and the language of the ensemble mingle and form tendril-like structures.
Her minimalist and introspective orchestrations suggest a sonic language of subtle tones. Through a familiar practice of recording her wanderings, she weaves in atmospheres reminiscent of a travel diary and dreams.
Her works are often imbued with a sensual, psychoacoustic slowness that invites contemplative listening and her delicate deployment of the invisible brings audiences to the depths with a light touch.

SELF SUFFICIENT
ISLAND
(abstract live electronics)
SELF SUFFICIENT ISLAND is a live electronics feedback driven set put together by V3rynich3 the last couple of months. The patch draws inspiration from mediterranean cassette bootlegs and the long tradition of cybernetic experimental music.
V3rynich3 attempts to find themselves in an ever-growing rhizomatic state free of desiring machines, a state where production is free from demand and becomes only of itself for itself.
There is a Noise
Behind the Curtain
a performance by
Émile Papandréou & Elliott Matta
Something rumbles in the dark. Objects, shadows, two silhouettes making noise and light.
A spectral crossing somewhere between concert and visual performance.
Émile Papandréou and Elliott Matta first met in the Sahara desert, on a collaboration with the band Imarhan. From this encounter grew a friendship, and a shared wish to create a hybrid form weaving live music and video into a single shadow-projection apparatus.
The project came into being during a residency in Caen in November 2025, hosted by Neuvième Ruche at the Écuries de Lorge, in partnership with Station Mir & Oblique.s. Plyfa marks their first performance outside France.
Désiré
Bonaventure
Ambient Trip
Désiré Bonaventure’s music is a hybrid of live production and mixing; blending ambient, noise and jungle with grime and dub. Influenced by a wide range of sounds, but tied together under a shroud of tension and distortion.
As founder of the label Euphonic Rec, playing key roles in the R.A.F. Sound System, Femacosmé label and †een▲ge g:)d collective, releasing music in numerous projects, Désiré Bonaventure has quickly carved his place in the new generation of underground electronic music.
Romain Barry
A voice that crosses borders — between French chanson and North African melodies, rock and new wave synths, Paris, Mexico and the mountains. Former singer of the band Faire, he returns as a solo artist with "2", a richly layered record he recorded alone, like a conversation with himself.
On stage, he draws you into a sensory and unsettling world — an experience you won't find anywhere else.

therapeutics
by
Jessie Onze
The event will open with Undertone Therapeutics, an immersive listening session led by Jessie Onze, exploring sound as a tool for healing, reflection, and transformation.
Jessie Onze is the founder of Undertone Therapeutics, an experimental therapy project bringing together massage, music, and herbalism to explore new forms of holistic healing.
With a background in sound art, a long-standing interest in chemistry, and training in therapeutic massage, Jessie develops experiences that connect artistic practice, deep listening, and physiological wellbeing.
Through an immersive composition combining ambient textures, healing songs, binaural beats, isochronic tones, field recordings, and sacred frequencies, the session invites listening to become a restorative, embodied, and introspective experience — encouraging relaxation, emotional regulation, and reconnection between body, mind, and sound.

kvadosh
kvadosh is an Athens-based producer and DJ navigating diverse sonic terrains. Her work blends raw, Mediterranean-infused elements with contemporary electronic frameworks—especially low end-heavy, percussion-driven rhythms, reimagined through club-oriented structures.
Her sets move between global club sounds and obscure electronics with dark undertones, often mixing the familiar with the unexpected, while maintaining a vibrant, post-apocalyptic atmosphere.
She has performed across a range of events in Greece, from underground club nights and experimental gatherings to larger festivals, with notable appearances such as the Nature Loves Courage Festival in Sougia, Crete (2025) and Stegi Radio’s Takeover Festival in Athens (2026).
In 2024, she released her debut EP Quad via Tunisian netlabel Mrama Division and has contributed tracks to various V/A compilations, expanding her sonic footprint. She is currently a resident at Stegi Radio.
Pullman Club
open-fire cooking
Pullman Club is a supper club founded in Athens in 2022 by chef Kostas Pardalis and architect and designer Chrysa Petrochilou. Through a series of pop-up dinners hosted across Greece, Europe, and internationally – in wine bars, art galleries, rooftops, and other intimate settings – Pullman creates gatherings where food becomes a means of bringing strangers around the same table.
Each gathering takes shape through a site-specific approach, where menu, atmosphere, and spatial setting are considered as interconnected elements of the experience. Moving between different cities and venues, Pullman adapts to each context while remaining grounded in a Mediterranean sensibility and a close relationship with local produce.
At the core of Pullman lies the idea of commensality – the act of eating together as a shared social experience. The table is approached as a space for exchange, conversation, and temporary community, where unfamiliar people can, if only for an evening, inhabit a common experience through food.
In this sense, the meal extends beyond hospitality itself, becoming a form of cultural and social encounter.
For culinary purposes and thermal explorations, Ariadne Strofylla and Konstantinos Chatzakis will build a bio-construction grill, channeling a hedonistic refractivity around food through its Typhonian mouth and volcanic belly.
